Sander and his men are currently building an extension to my house. And everything is going exactly according to the schedule he made in February. And they're all skilled craftsmen, from bricklayers to plasterers. Each man knows what to do and is doing it exactly as expected, or even better.

After having several contractors visit us for an attic conversion including a dormer window, we only felt very comfortable and reliable with Sander, the Warmerdam Contractors Company. He came to our home in a relaxed manner, everything was explained quickly and efficiently, and no question was too much trouble. This is very helpful if you don't know much about the industry. The renovation went really well. For three weeks, we barely noticed anything. The staff were very friendly, and Sander kept a constant eye on things. The work was neat, the communication was excellent, and we were kept well-informed. The result is truly fantastic! We are incredibly happy with it every day. The finishes are beautiful, everything was carefully considered, and above all, they were very helpful. For the next project, we won't have to think twice about which contractor to call!

We chose this company because we'd heard several good stories from the village, both recent and more recent. In a village like this, things move quickly if someone isn't up to par. The support is personal, not by email, but Sander visits the site himself and provides honest, clear, and detailed quotes. Then you hear all sorts of "Indian tales" about renovations from colleagues... how wonderful it is to come home after a day's work and see that the sliding door has been neatly installed in a single day! And the finishing touches were completed perfectly as agreed! I'm truly extremely satisfied!

We had our dormer installed in December by Warmerdam contractors. We are very pleased with the final result. We received excellent advice, and our ideas were carefully considered. The price-quality ratio was excellent, and we received prompt answers and advice for any subsequent questions. The staff were friendly, and all agreements were honored.
