We had a wall in our bathroom painted with concrete wax. However, after a few months, it started peeling off as if it were old, dried-out wallpaper. After a long wait and several calls, someone came to take a look; they promised us they would call to tell us when the repair would be done. We waited and called again, only to be told there was no warranty on concrete wax, which they had verbally stated at the outset (what do you mean, no warranty? If I didn't want a warranty, I'd hire a handyman) and that they didn't have time to fix it. We then called in an expert, and it turned out it wasn't concrete wax, but a type of plaster that's completely unsuitable for damp rooms! We reported this to Maasse, and they were wrong. They had done a good job, and it was concrete wax... and we were being dishonest. Never before had concrete wax peeled off like old, dried-out wallpaper, Mr. Maasse!

Fantastic quality and service! This contractor renovated our entire house. From the dormer window, kitchen, extension, shed, bathroom, toilet, to the outdoor tap and heating system. We loved it!
