An employee couldn't empathize with a serious water damage incident at our place. He appeared incompetent and became rude, threatening to leave otherwise. He ultimately left without saying what had been done "above us." He also didn't finish the job at my place. (He didn't replace the rubber plug he'd pushed out of the floor above, so more trouble.)
