Plastic window frames were installed by this company. When I asked questions about this because the frame was completely crooked, the company blamed another company. The person who came to look at it was also not friendly to me. Bricks are simply glued and screwed to the frame. Do not recommend this company

I bought a poorly installed house where they had installed frames with a warranty, but now there's a very strong draft. The doors don't close properly, causing a lot of wind to come through, even at the frames. The answer was that it was due to the sealant seam, while I'm certain that after removing a cover strip, the connection between the wall and the frame wasn't sealed. There was only expansion tape between the seams. The man had all sorts of excuses, from being too busy with no staff to having an accident. He's been working on it for three years, never or hardly ever calls back. The warranty has now expired. I'll never, ever have anything done by this company.
