What an unreal, awful person I encountered yesterday. I'm still very emotional and completely astonished by what happened yesterday (May 17, 2024) in The Hague. Today, your employee was on the road on Delftselaan doing some work. Right in the middle of the road, blocking all the cars. Judging by this scene, I couldn't get to my car right away. I was on my way to the car to pick up my daughters from school. I said the following to the employee: "Good afternoon, sir, how long do you think this will take?" The employee completely ignored me, and I repeated my question because I didn't want to immediately assume the negative. The employee did look at me and said: "Well, when will I be finished?" Surprised by the answer, I repeated my question again, this time with a different answer: "Sir, I have to pick up my children from school. Do you have an idea of how much longer you'll be working?" I replied: "You'll see when it's finished." To which I said: "Are you serious?" Why are you reacting so strangely? Could you please move forward a bit so I can get out? The employee completely ignores me, and I get in my car (via the passenger side) and honk so the man understands his behavior isn't okay. Then the employee walks over to me, and I see him hesitate, then come back towards me. He leans forward a bit, and then says, "AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I HATE YOU FOREIGNERS SO MUCH." I was furious. I couldn't believe my ears. I got out and threatened to call the police. A few seconds later, the employee got in the car and moved forward a bit. This way, I was able to exit the parking space. I want to know who this employee is; I demand a personal apology. How can you be so hateful and racist? Absolutely unreal!!! That you have this kind of staff working for you!!!
