Great company. Patrick arrived on time, and the quote was quickly prepared (you just have to wait and see these days). The installation of the dormer window and uPVC window frames went very smoothly. The installers were friendly and very tidy. A few extras were handled on-site, which we discussed, but that wasn't a problem. Everything went smoothly, and the men worked efficiently. A few days after completion, Patrick called to ask if everything was to my satisfaction. I'm quite picky, but in my experience, GZ Facade Technology is one of the few companies that is highly professional from start to finish. From the very first contact, GZGeveltechniek is clear and provides intensive support with the selection (pros and cons) of the various options (wood, synthetic, aluminum, and glass) for window and door replacement. Following this, intensive consultations with the factory continue until all details (frame, color, door handle, glass, etc.) are clear to all parties. The installation is carried out with the utmost professionalism by pleasant, motivated, and dedicated staff. When removing old window frames, imperfections sometimes come to light. These are not passed on to the customer; they are simply resolved. This is done in continuous consultation with me as the customer. For example, plasterwork needed to be applied in one area, insulation needed to be added in another, and concrete needed to be poured to achieve a better and more effective (insulation) finish. This was not anticipated, but it was carried out! All of this to a high standard of finish—truly TOP! We had a total of over 20 window frames (windows, doors, and sliding doors) replaced. The finishing touches were always determined on-site (after the frame was installed) to determine the best method and achieve the best result. Regarding the window frames, there were no defects in the materials supplied, and they fit perfectly. Given the large number of window frames, and in various colors, the short answer is: Simply BRILLIANT!!!

We had a friendly group of men working at our home who also gave us lots of good tips and advice and were very helpful. The finish is neat. Looks great, we are definitely satisfied!
