When we wanted to buy we didn't know where to look, what to look for, and didn't have any time to look around for the financial part. What we loved about Elene is that she asked all the right questions and really understood our situation, wants and needs, and that really showed in the viewings that she offered us. The fact that she only does the purchases means that she doesn't have conflicting interests and only focusses on what you need. We were a bit hesitant at the beginning to pay someone to visit and negotiate with us, but in the end it was so much more. She guided us perfectly, pointed out to what details we had to pay attention to, and at the end she negotiated a killer deal for us, which made that she paid for herself. It was also fantastic to let her handle the financial part, so I didn't have to manage everything separately. I will definitely call her again next time!
