Buying an apartment in the Netherlands is not easy task, especially if you're not local and not aware how Dutch market works, so choosing Maarten as my makelaar was one of the best decisions in this process. Before Maarten joined my house hunt I already had viewed 3 houses on my own, but next three viewings with Maarten quickly made me to realize that experienced real estate agent by my side is a great asset.
