I called yesterday about window damage. I understand it'll take a while. The guy promised to come the next day, provided I send him his address info... He's not responding to anything anymore, not even when I ask if it's inconvenient or not interesting for him. A bit of a shame, because I could have called someone else yesterday. Now there are still shards sticking out, which could hurt someone.

Requested a quote. Replacing a shed door window for €250. Because I thought it was quite expensive, I indicated that I wanted to investigate further. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to call back if I did decide to use his services.
