Beautiful castle serving as hotel, good restaurant and wedding location. The rooms are adequate, although a bit old fashioned. We were here for a wedding. The service is great. Great food with good wine pairing in the restaurant. The building is beautiful: impressive yet cosy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options at an affordable price. Overall, the combination of comfort, tranquility, and good food made this stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very good service; friendly and attentive staff. Delicious dishes and fine drinks. It's nice to sit on the terrace, but the ambiance inside is also very pleasant. The rooms are okay. We will definitely come back again

We ate here with a group of fifteen. We had reserved 2 months in advance and only could choose between a normal or a vegetarian meal. Swapping between the two meals was not permitted. However, the dessert turned out to be the same for both menus, even though different desserts had been promised. The staff paniced and found out the ingredients weren’t even available.

Bought a romantic dinner and hotel package. What a bad choice. Don't be fooled by the statement that this is a castle. The rooms are in some 70s cheap building, of run down highway motel quality. Small, outdated, with zero atmosphere. They don't look at all like the rooms on the website. They're certainly not 'comfortable and spacious'. Note most positive reviews are for the restaurant only. Almost every comment about the hotel is the same. And they keep getting away with it. Bathroom is a tiny thing that floods totally after a shower. Look at the picture I attached. And they charge over 160 euro for this. It's a disgrace. The garden is nice but very small, being towered over by a giant old 60s flat. The restaurant is a lot better quality wise. But they take 3.5 hours for a '4 course meal'. You just run out of patience. The dishes are nice but tiny. They charge extra for absolutely everything, from a tiny bread basket with 3 pieces, to the fries and vegetables that they make appear like they're part of the 4 course package, but apparently are not. Expect a stiff bill with lots of unexpected extras. Classless. The service is good, the staff is friendly, but clearly helpless in the face of these decisions by their management. They're doing their best but when confronted by these things, which clearly happens frequently, they turn cold and shrug. Yeah, it's true. But nothing they can do about it. Poor souls. All of this wouldn't be so bad if they didn't charge such high prices, which set expectations. See this as an overpriced old hotel with a pretty nice but expensive restaurant, then you kind of get the picture. There's far far better options in the neighborhood though. So be warned.
