A truly friendly man. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was 100% trustworthy. Unfortunately, the total cost exceeded our budget, but he did everything he could to accommodate us.

Poor communication! At least, they can't. They just show up at your doorstep and expect to be able to start work right away! This company doesn't make appointments! I've filed countless complaints through the housing association that hires them. Or they make an appointment and then show up 3 or 4 hours late. I've now agreed with the housing association that if they show up one more time without an appointment, I'll send them away!

This week, I politely called to schedule an appointment to view a kitchen for next Saturday. We were told over the phone that it wasn't necessary and that we could come by on Saturday. However, an employee approached us at the store and asked if he could help us. Yes, we could come and view a new kitchen. However, appointments were required. There were no other people in the store, and the man wanted to argue about calling. We cut him off and left. It's a shame they have such employees. We thought we were supporting our own business in our own village.

Our new-build house has been leaking for three years. But requests for compensation that the insurance company refuses to pay go unanswered. They're rude people. That leak affects the entire street they built. The judge will have to rule on it. Incidentally, there are many problems with all the houses they built in this neighborhood.
