Great company. Clear, direct, and very smooth communication. This made the problem even smoother. They flew in like a modern Dutch A-team. They assessed the situation, developed a plan of attack, and launched action. Bushes flew everywhere, traps were set, holes (the ceiling, made in consultation, was already replaced), and kitchen baseboards were removed. Someone was crawling around in the attic under the roof. Mesh was placed everywhere and gaps were sealed. Everything was left neat and tidy. They did the same for the neighbors. They kept a close eye on things, checked regularly. They took your story seriously and adjusted the plan accordingly. And now, after 6 years, and the previous residents 12 years, no more vermin. No mice and no martens. No more coughing, shortness of breath, and stress from scuttling above your head and on your feet. These guys are so well-oiled. Everyone is replaceable, everyone knows what's going on. Super professional and friendly. Use them.

Rats in your basement storage unit are no fun! Especially when other parties throw poison at them and wish you luck! A-spect (Wilco) removed the rats, investigated the cause, and then offered a solution that will truly eliminate the problem. What a relief! So definitely call A-spect to get rid of the rats!
