The technician rushed in, didn't have much time, was free at 2:00 PM, and now it was 1:00 PM. He checked a few things. The conclusion was that everything was rejected. He left, literally leaving us in the cold. According to the office, they couldn't help us for another three weeks. We called another company, and they arrived within the hour and created a temporary solution. So we had heat. Two days later, everything was replaced and works perfectly, and it was much cheaper. They were also a certified company.

This company connects 380V to 230V without grounding and leaves exposed electrical wires in the box without capping them. What a disgrace! Never hire this company! This company has NEN stickers on the thermal bridges in the kitchen, meaning they're approved. But this is impossible! These are ready-to-plug boxes. They're putting stickers on them for fake approvals. Scammers!

Saturday evening, 11:30 PM. Contacted immediately; the technician was supposed to be there within 20 minutes. Apparently, he flew, because he arrived within 10 minutes. Professional, the problem was found within 5 minutes. Still waiting for the bill. In any case, the service is good!
