I had the opportunity to interact with 123Wonen Alkmaar for the rental of an apartment/house. My experience has been excellent from all points of view. In addition to the quality of the offer, I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff (especially Brigitte, with whom I mostly had to deal). My many questions were always answered promptly; I requested many checks on technical aspects of the apartments/houses that I visited, and the Real Estate immediately took charge of carrying out; I felt followed and protected during all the bureaucratic processes and I was given an exhaustive explanation of the various technical aspects. Thanks to their help, I have been able to find different solutions including the long-term accommodation that I was looking for. So, I couldn't be happier with my relationship with 123Wonen Alkmaar!
