Johnny has denied my bookkeeping services, so be warned. Please choose a different accountant and read other reviews. There are plenty of reliable accountants out there, with no surprises afterward. Furthermore, accountants are obligated to provide you with your bookkeeping at all times. It's impossible to contact them. Yes, as long as everything's going well, probably.

I've been doing my bookkeeping with him since 2023, and I haven't regretted it for a single moment. He's incredibly honest, kind, and friendly, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. During difficult times in my business, he's been incredibly helpful and genuinely thoughtful. I felt supported and taken seriously. An accountant you can trust with complete confidence. Highly recommended!

I was a client of Johnny Tonjes, and I switched years ago. I never expected it to go this way. Johnny doesn't answer the phone and rarely responds. Last year, I switched to another accountant, and when I tried to transfer all my records from 2019 to 2024 to my computer, he kicked me out of the system without telling me and changed my email address without asking. Now I urgently need my records for personal matters, and he's simply not responding at all. I've read this isn't the first bad experience I've had. Not recommended; he seems like a friendly guy until you do something he doesn't like. I'm still waiting to receive my records. He's obligated to provide them. Think carefully and please take advantage of this. I'll leave it as is until I don't have my records.

I had a very disappointing experience with this accounting firm. Despite paying in advance for the accounting and annual work for 2024 and Q1 2025, I didn't receive the agreed-upon documents, including the 2024 annual accounts, the balance sheet, and the income tax return. After the relationship ended, I repeatedly requested the necessary documents so my new accountant could take over, but my requests were ignored for months. This lack of communication puts my company at risk of not being able to submit the 2024 report on time, and I've incurred significant additional costs because my new accountant has to rebuild all the financial records from scratch. My experience with Johnny has caused me a great deal of stress and financial hardship, and therefore I cannot recommend this firm to other entrepreneurs.

Ben bij Johnny van 2019 tm eind 2024 klant geweest. Na een paar dingen ben ik overgestapt van boekhouder. De afhandeling is niet goed verlopen. Hij had mijn account ontzegd op eboekhouden net toen ik alles wou overzetten. Heb hier een jaar voor gemaild, gebeld maar geen enkele keer ben ik te woord gestaan om mijn volledige boekhouding te krijgen. Ik zou hier zeker niet mee in zee gaan. Wees gewaarschuwd! Ik laat het hier ook niet bij zitten. Een boekhouder is het verplicht te geven.
