We bought a house in June 2021. While searching for a mortgage advisor, we came across Klaas. We were interested in mortgages and wondered if we could arrange one ourselves. After some Googling, we found Klaas. The concept of execution-only mortgages (arranging without advisory fees) really appealed to us. It's nice to be able to save on costs when buying a house. Hats off to Klaas, because we weren't the easiest customers... My partner had a flexible contract at the time of the financing, and we also wanted a construction fund... The lender took a very long time to respond. This was partly due to the coronavirus period we were experiencing at the time. Nevertheless, Klaas remained 100% committed, and we can only speak highly of him. Apologies for the late review, because considering the mountains you've moved, we should have written this review much sooner. But now, almost a year and a half later than planned... Klaas, we'd like to thank you again for your help in purchasing our home in the South!

Before we bought our first home, we contacted Klaas, who helped us get a mortgage. He's a very friendly man who was very helpful and puts a lot of effort into customer service! He also got a great price. I would definitely recommend getting a mortgage through him!
