I had to temporarily store things there two years ago and was extremely satisfied with the way things were handled, security, space and staff/owner, always treated fairly. One small point of criticism: I would like an extra pallet truck, among other things, to make it easier to use on the first floor and some more stable racking trucks please. When I was there last time, I saw that those rickety things were still next to the stairs and a couple of dogs wouldn't hurt either.
